About Ajmer Sharif Dargah
Situated in Ajmer in the Indian state of Rajasthan, Ajmer Sharif Dargah is one of the most popular Muslim shrines in India, which has the grave of famous Muslim saint Moinuddin Chishti. It is the shrine of famous Islamic entity saint Sufi.
Its entrance is Nizam Gate, the foundation stone of which was laid by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. The death anniversary of Moinuddin Chishti is celebrated every year in this shrine where thousands of people come together to acknowledge the event.
The Dargah Khwaja Saheb Act administers all the events and looks after the maintenance of the shrine and also acts as a body that provides rooms, dispensaries to devotees coming over to the place and other similar elements.
Ajmer Sharif Dargah is associated with enormous number of tales of miracles wherein, true devotees have expressed their gratitude, saying how every wish of theirs have been fulfilled and that it is the place where god truly resides and your prayers are reciprocated with fulfillment and wishes are granted.
