He says so because both ghee and olive oil has a high smoking point and this makes it ideal for weight loss.
Extra virgin olive oil is thought to be the best and the healthiest of all cooking oils. Canola oil has low saturated fats.
Oils that have high smoking points turn out to be good for weight loss and peanut oil and sunflower seed oil have this quality.
However, experts and numerous health surveys have concluded the fact that there is no particular cooking oil that can help to lose weight.
A proper combination of the above- mentioned oils along with a healthy diet and fixed regime can help those who want to shed those extra kilos and stay in shape.
