Pregnancy is one of the most precious experiences for any woman. These nine months when you carry a little and vulnerable life within yourself, you ensure in every possible way that you can keep your child in the safest and best possible manner.

This includes the right amount of lifestyle, healthy habits, all types of possible precautions ad prevention and very importantly proper diet.

Fruits comprise a very important element in this diet. However, fruits contain different minerals and acids, not all f which are advisable during the term of your pregnancy.

Hence you must watch the fruits that you eat during your pregnancy. Avoid the following fruits which can lead to complexities during your pregnancy.

Avoid these fruits in Pregnancy

Pineapple

Under normal circumstances, pineapple is a completely edible option for adults and young. However since it contains high portions of bromelain, the fruit is advised against during pregnancy. It can lead to early labor.

Grapes

During pregnancy hormonal imbalance is a common problem during pregnancy. Grapes are rich in resveratrol that also elevates hormonal imbalance. Hence it is prescribed during pregnancy. Grapes also produce a high amount of heat which can be bad for the mother and the baby.

Papaya

Papaya is a fruit that is forbidden during pregnancy. Whether raw or ripe, a pregnant woman is advised to stay away from the fruit. It produces a rich amount of latex that also results in uterine contractions. In worse cases, it can also lead to miscarriages.

Bitter Melon

This is a fruit that contains a high index of saponic glycosides, quinine and also morodocine. These are the minerals that can lead to premature birth.

As they are irritable for the uterus they can also cause miscarriages.

In general, you must be really careful at the time of having fruits at the time of your pregnancy. Unlike vegetables, you cannot cook them, which kills a large number of bacteria when you eat the vegetable. Fruits have to be consumed raw.

Hence you must ensure that you do wash and clean them thoroughly. However, this washing must be done in clear clean water alone.

Do not use any other forms of solution for the task. Additionally, be sure to have just the right type and the freshest form of fruits.

Cutaway the overripe parts as these are the parts where bacteria and other microorganisms thrive.

This does not mean that you do stay away from fruits completely at the time of your pregnancy. Actually, they are rather important for a healthy delivery.
