About Sansui
Founded in the year 1947, Sansui Electric Co. Limited is a Japanese brand centered on manufacturing audio and visual equipment and is a part of popular Chinese-Hong Kong conglomerate Grand Holdings, which owns a number of other popular brands too, such as Akai and Nakamichi. The brand has its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.
Sansui has been in the telecommunications market for a long time now and has gone on to manufacture feature phones as well as smartphones, including low-range and mid-range devices, all powered by the Android operating system from Google.
The devices haven’t so far exceeded the budget limit of 10,000 INR, and hence, it can be categorically said that Sansui hasn’t focused much on manufacturing high-end Android-powered smartphones.
Some of its most popular basic feature phones include models like the Sansui S182, Sansui S183, the Sansui S244, the Sansui R16, the Sansui R20, etc. among others. On the other hand, some of its most popular smartphones powered by Android include models like the Sansui SA53G, the Sansui SA4031, etc. among others.
All the smartphones by Sansui range with Android operating system between Gingerbread, Ice cream sandwich, Jelly Bean, and Kitkat, and have variations between quadcore, hexacore, and octa-processors decked in them.
