Rotavirus

Rotavirus is a type of virus that infects the intestinal tracts of under-fives. Rotavirus gets its name from the word rota, which in Latin means wheel.

Rotavirus in recent times has come across as one of the deadliest. Till now more than 78,000 deaths approximately have been recorded annually in India.
