About Gulf of Kacch Marine National Park
This national park is situated on the southern most flank of the Gulf of Kachchh. The national park is situated in the Jamnagar region of Gujarat. During 1980.
A range covering 270 sq km was announced as Marine Sanctuary yet somewhat later in 1982, another primary zone covering 110 sq km was proclaimed Marine National Park as indicated by the procurements made in Wildlife (assurance) Act 1972.
At first, the zone from Okha to Jodiya was protected. This park is the first Indian Marine National Park. Jamnagar area of Gujarat has little or huge islands at its beach front line towards Okha and Porbandar.
The incomprehensible beach front line gives a lovely grand perspective of the ocean and its species. Maybe this is the main spot in the world where one can see the reefs without jumping into the water.
Soon after the tide retreats, an ordinary stroll in 1ft or 2 ft water will give you the experience of review the reefs around your feet.
In this national stop, the fundamental fascination is seeing the Dugong.
This first marine national park has different species inside like Gangetic dolphins, giant crabs, and ray fish, infrequently discovered balooga whales, giant leatherback turtles, horn fish and outside the water jackals, jungle cats, and the black napped hare is a vertebrates’ portion which found here energetically.
