The Vespa Notte 125 is now available in India and the finishing is done in Black is surely going to grab your attention. Amongst all the other scooters produced by Piaggio scooter range, this one is the most reasonably priced. However, this also has got some drawbacks as well.

Piaggio India is here with the special edition scooter of Vespa Notte 125 and they are offering a special introductory price which is ₹ 68,645 (ex-showroom, Pune).

This new model is the latest edition to the existing portfolio of the company and you can differentiate it from the rest of the models because of its treatment which is done in black completely.

The interesting fact is, though it is a new arrival model, Vespa Notte has superseded the other scooters of this category and has been proved to be the most reasonable scooter as Vespa VXL costs ₹ 4000 more than that. In Italian, the term ‘Notte’ means ‘night’ and it acts as the inspiration for the dark color of this scooter.

On the occasion of the launch of Vespa Notte 125, Diego, the MD, and CEO of Piaggio India said on behalf of the company that Piaggio is really glad to be able to launch this special edition of Vespa Notte 125cc in this country.

The company is also delighted to add something new to the already cutting-edge technology and unique design of the Brand Vespa.

The black theme of this scooter is going to carry on the sheer elegance of Vespa, the spirit and happiness of freedom and life is reflected through the black theme and is expected to meet the expectations and win the hearts of the fans of the brand.

The complete matte black finish of the scooter is further enhanced by the black grab rails, black mirrors and the black wheels of 11 inches. Vespa Notte 125, however, does not have tubeless tires and front disc brakes which is available there on the other models of Piaggio and probably, for this reason, the price is comparatively less than the other models.

Now coming to the mechanicals of Vespa Notte 125cc, this scooter is continuing with the use of the same 125 cc engine which is a single-cylinder engine and is air-cooled. For 10.6 Nm of peak torque and 10 bhp, this engine is tuned for. Also, a CVT unit is paired with the motor.

At the rear, there is a single shock and other than that there are telescopic forks upfront- both of them handle the suspension duties.

If you want to buy a Vespa Notte 125 then you have to visit any motor shop in India with Vespa/Aprilia dealerships or Motoplex stores.

The company has declared that the customers who deposit a down payment of ₹ 8999 can also purchase this brand new, all-black model of Vespa.

From last month, the bookings for the Vespa Notte 125 have already started and this scooter is going to give tough competition to the other 125 cc featured scooters such as Honda Grazia, TVS NTorq, Aplia SR125, Suzuki Burgman Street and many more.

It is probably the most cost-effective scooter offered by Vespa and apart from Burgman, all the rival scooters are defeated by this scooter.
