Dalhousie is one of the popular hill stations located in the Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh in India. It is located in the outer slopes of the Dhauladhar mountain range and a famous tourist destination of North India.

Famous Attractions of Dalhousie
St. Andrew’s Church:
This church is also famous by the name of the Church of Scotland. It was built in 1903 and located in Baloon. This church is related to Protestant Christians and located at a distance of about 2 km from Dalhousie bus stand.
Bakrota Hills:
These hills are located at 4.8 km away from Dalhousie town and at an altitude of about 2,085 meters above sea level. Further, these hills are considered very well for trekking enthusiasts and offer a grand view of snow-clad peaks.
Dayankund or Dainkund:
It is located at a height of about 2,745 meters and 10 km away from the Dalhousie town. It is one of the beautiful and towering peaks which offer panoramic views, of the three rivers- Chenab, Ravi and Beas, especially on a clear day.
Khajjiar:
Khajjiar is one of the most delightful locations of India and is the favorite place for honeymoon couples. It is situated at an altitude of about 2,000 m above sea level and 27 km away from Dalhousie town. Here, you will find a small lake in the center of Deodar and pine trees. This place is also popular for its beautiful golden temple etc.
Despite of all, there are several other destinations that are located in and around Dalhousie.
These include St. Francis Church, Kalatop, St. John’s Church, Panchphulla, Subhash Baoli, Jandri Ghat, The Round, Ajit Singh Memorial, St. Patrick’s Church, Chamba, Baijnath, Bir and Billing, Dharamshala, Triund any many other that amuse the tourist.
