Priyanka Chopra is currently the most trending person on everyone’s social media, courtesy her upcoming wedding to Hollywood sensation Nick Jonas on the 2nd of December at the Umaid Bhavan Palace Jodhpur.
Other than the obvious buzz, there’s a latest one wherein according to a report published in PinkVilla, the Desi Girl of Bollywood is all set to share the couch with her most popular frienemy Kareena Kapoor Khan on Karan Johar’s talk show Koffee with Karan Season 6!
If reports are to be believed, then the episode with the trio will be filmed somewhere in mid-December. Karan wanted to finish all the filming by the first week of December, but since PeeCee is all busy with her wedding preps at the moment, she requested Karan to push the filming by a week and it seems Karan had no qualms doing so.
Kareena too has given an affirmative nod for the new date and looks like all’s well! Karan will now wrap up the entire filming of his talk show before Christmas rings in.
For those who don’t know, Kareena and Priyanka used to once upon a time be the ‘besties’ of B-Town. But after starring together in the 2004 movie Aitraaz opposite Akshay Kumar, things went sour for the beauties and they both made some snide remarks about each other on the same couch of Karan’s talk show in the previous seasons.
When Kareena appeared on the show with her now-husband Saif Ali Khan back in 2010, she made a comment on Priyanka saying, ”Where does she get that accent from?”
The same season Priyanka appeared on the show with her then rumored boyfriend Shahid Kapoor, who was Kareena’s ex, and gave it back to Kareena by saying, ”The same place where her boyfriend gets it from!”
