After veteran Bollywood actress Sri Devi’s untimely demise, actor Arjun Kapoor has impeccably performed the duties of an older son by being a shield for Sri Devi’s two daughters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor.
Recently, Arjun had even thrashed popular media portals via his official Twitter handle for portraying his half-sister Janhvi Kapoor as a “sex symbol.” And now that Janhvni’s debut movie Dhadak’s trailer is all set to release on the 11th of June, the proud brother conveyed his best wishes for his little sister via his Instagram account where he posted family pictures of him, his sister Anshula Kapoor, father Boney Kapoor, and two half-sisters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor.
Arjun gave the post a beautiful caption, wishing Janhvi all the very best for her journey in Bollywood.
His caption read:
Tomorrow you will be part of the audience forever @janhvikapoor cause your trailer comes out… Firstly, sorry I’m not there in Mumbai but I’m by your side, don’t worry. I just wanted you to know this profession is amazing if you work hard, be honest, learn to take the accolades with the brickbats, respect opinions, yet follow ur own path & instinct. It’s not gonna be easy but I know your are ready for all the madness that will ensue. All the best for #dhadak! I’m certain my friends @shashankkhaitan & @karanjohar have presented you & @ishaan95 as the modern Romeo & Juliet with elan !!!
To this, an elated Janhvi replied with a comment full of hearts and said, “I’ll make you’ll proud I promise”
Directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar, Dhadak stars Janhvi Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor’s younger half-brother Ishaan Khattar and is slated to release on the 20th of July, 2018.
