Located in the East Godavari district of the south Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, Ryali is a popular Hindu pilgrim spot, lying just at the center of two of Godavari’s most popular tributaries—River Vasishta and River Gautami.
Technically, Ryali is a village and it hosts the popular Jagan Mohini Kesava Swamy Temple, which consists of the idols of Lord Vishnu and Mohini in the front and rear points respectively, and these are composed of black stone, and depicts truly exquisite and minute art.
Other than the Jagan Mohini Kesava Swamy Temple, another prominent religious structure here is known as the Uma Kamandaleswara Swamy Temple. The temples in all aspects consist of grand images, from exquisite courtyards to mini shrines, and all of these are well maintained and hence quite appreciated by all the visitors.
Along with the many beliefs of devotees attached to the holy shrines located here, one is that those seeking a transfer of place in their current jobs can have their wishes granted if praying with true respect at the Jagan Mohini Kesava Swamy Temple.
